Pathways.org provides parents with free resources including tools and technologies for child development purposes. Parents, health professionals, and teachers, among other interested parties, can access these resources in order to maximize children’s motor, sensory and speech development as well as encourage play.

These adult empowerment and child development goals are accomplished in several ways including:
  • Creating free education materials regarding the importance of early detection and intervention of children’s development issues, a continuing activity made in collaboration with both staff members and third-party experts as well as under the direction of the Medical Roundtable;
  • Providing physical, occupational and speech therapy services at its Glenview-based pediatric therapy clinic; and
  • Working toward inclusion of its clients in community life including houses of worship.
Pathways.org has two types of awards, namely, the Corbett Ryan Pathways Pioneer Awards presented by the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM), which recognizes individuals who achieve quality of life while living with a physical challenge; and the Pathways Pioneer Awards, which recognizes individuals for their extraordinary commitment toward children’s development.
